Artwork guidelines — Table tents

  • Size / configuration: A5/A6 faces; custom flat size
  • File setup: Use the selected finished size and a print-ready PDF with embedded or outlined fonts.
  • Bleed: For flat paper artwork, start with 3 mm outside the trim; confirm this product’s cutting or folding template.
  • Safe area: Keep important content at least 3 mm inside trim; allow extra clearance at this product’s folds or binding if applicable.
  • Image quality: Use 300 ppi at final size for small-format paper artwork.
  • Colour / process: Use the confirmed colour mode for this product and printing method. Identify any spot, white-ink or special-finish layers separately.
  • Product instructions: Use the confirmed table-tent flat template; identify folds, base and visible faces.
  • Approval: Review the product-specific proof and specifications before production.
  • Additional product instructions: Catalog amount is per complete stated batch. Different configuration/quantity requires a fresh quote.
